隱私政策

1. 簡介  
本公司（以下稱「我們」）提供線上運動平台<卡洛動世界>，整合 Garmin 裝置以呈現即時運動數據。本隱私政策說明我們如何收集、使用、分享及保護您的個人及活動資料。

2. 我們收集的資料  
活動數據：經授權後的 GPS 軌跡、距離、時間、配速、海拔、心率、踏頻等指標。  
使用者識別資訊：Garmin 帳號 ID、您授權分享的電子郵件、姓名等基本資訊。

3. 資料使用方式  
- 在<卡洛動世界>平台顯示您的運動數據資料。   
- 統計與排名分析，並產出整體排名報告。

4. 資料分享與揭露  
- 我們絕不販售或出租您的個人或活動資料。  
- 可能與合作夥伴分享匿名化或彙整後的統計資料（例如贊助商）。  

5. 資料保留  
- 個人活動資料保留至多 **12 個月**，自您最後一次活動結束日起算。  
- 您可隨時依「您的權利」要求刪除資料。

6. 安全措施  
- 傳輸中：全程採用 HTTPS/TLS 保護。  
- 靜態儲存：採 AES‑256 加密。  
- 嚴格的角色存取管控，僅有限授權人員可存取。

7. 您的權利  
- 查詢與存取：可請求複製我們持有的所有個人或活動資料。  
- 更正：可要求更正不正確的資料。  
- 刪除：可行使「被遺忘權」，請求刪除您的資料。

  • Personal activity data will be retained for up to 12 months, starting from the date of your most recent activity.

  • You may request data deletion at any time under the “Your Rights” section.

  • At Rest: Data is encrypted with AES-256.

  • Access Control: Strict role-based access control; only authorized personnel may access your data.
